WHAT ARE THE PAYMENTS METHODS?

The different payment methods that you can pay with are iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Giropay & PayPal.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you have received an order from us but are not completely satisfied, you always have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

 

Send us an email at info@casakokointerior.nl and we will send you the return form.

 

1. Fill in the return form that you have received from us.

2. Pack the items in the original box.

Add the return form and the original packing slip/invoice to the package.

Make sure the box is closed properly, for example with tape.

3. Send the package with tracking code to the address you received by email.

 

Please note: We do not bear the costs of returning your order and we recommend that you keep proof of shipment with tracking information with you. If the return package is lost, this is not our responsibility.

I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Once we have received your package, we will do our best to refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible. This can take up to 10 days, but is usually faster. You will be refunded the purchase price in the same way you paid for the purchase. We will send an email when this has been completed.

WHERE CAN I GO IF I HAVE A SUGGESTION OF COMPLAINT?

Always annoying when something goes wrong! We try to solve it together as soon as possible!

Fill in the complaint form as completely as possible so that we have all the information in a row. Add photos if possible. We will contact you within 5 days.
